Effingham's Established Neighborhood Specialists
Oakmark Heating & Cooling repairs, installs, and maintains heating and air conditioning systems across Effingham's established in-town neighborhoods — away from the interstate corridor, where older homes need honest diagnosis on aging equipment as much as reliable winter heat.
About Us
Oakmark Heating & Cooling is based at 500 W Frederic Ave in Effingham, in the established neighborhoods away from the interstate corridor, where a lot of homes have been part of the city far longer than its newer commercial development.
Owner Holden Reeves built the business around what that older housing stock needs: honest diagnosis of aging furnaces and AC equipment, plus the real winter reliability every Effingham home depends on.
